Delays a specified number of milliseconds.
Declaration:
procedure Delay(Ms: Word);
Remarks:
Ms specifies the time, in milliseconds of the delay.
Delay is only an approximation, and therefore, the delay period
will not last for the exact number of Ms milliseconds.
